Honestly it's pretty unlikely in any foreseeable future. Theoretically UnrealEngine can be ported to Linux and I know of at least one case where it's been done (Dungeon Defenders game), but right now we just don't have the manpower to focus on that.

Mostly in limbo at the moment. 2AW is treeform's (https://www.indiedb.com/members/treeform) child and he's been doing various things with it over the years, including a fairly recent webGL mockup version. Best go ask him for details. It's possible 2AW will return in some form sometime, but for now this project is the main focus (not without treef's ongoing help as a server admin of course).
