Is there a way to just make older Space Marine power armor standard in campaign mode?
Are all Land Raider models free for public use?
Is there a way to replace Space Marine servitors with Techmarines?
I use Doom 3 BFG Hi Def 3.0 Full Release and Arls Helmet Mod BFG Mod for Doom 3 Hi Def. You can find body models for the Resurrection of Evil helmet in "base\models\md5\cinematics\intro\" and "base\generated\rendermodels\cinematics\models\md5\cinematics\intro". They are labeled "player_helmet". The head models with the helmet are in "base\models\characters\npcs\heads" and "base\generated\rendermodels\md5\characters\npcs\heads". They are labeled "hxp_helmet". Material files can be found with a search. I have tried to label files for the Resurrection of Evil helmet model to replace the Resurrection of Evil head model. I have also been trying to find a way to give other Marines seen in the BFG Edition version of the Doom 3 campaign the tan armor they wore in the original version of Doom 3 while allowing the player character to keep the green armor.
I have Doom 3 BFG Edition, and I have been trying to find a way to make the player character in Resurrection of Evil wear the helmet he is seen wearing in the opening scenes during normal gameplay, but when I try to use the helmet model, available in files that are used in the opening scenes and from the scene with a Marine using the 'grabber gun', the game crashes. Can you make a mod that allows the player to wear the helmet during normal gameplay?
I meant the helmet alone. That mod requires Hi Def, which adds new textures to some weapons and new effects to the pistol, the shotgun, and the machine gun.
Can you add the helmet model used by the Marines in the introduction of Resurrection of Evil to the player character during regular gameplay?
I have Doom 3 BFG Edition, and I have gone through files trying to make it so that the player character keeps his helmet on, but, with my attempts, the game will crash. Can you create a mod that allows the player character in Resurrection of Evil to keep his helmet?
I play Doom 3 BFG Edition. In the Doom 3 campaign, can you restore the tan armor worn by most Marines in the original version of Doom 3 to other Marines while allowing the player to keep the green armor? The difference can be seen in the final cinematic.
I have Doom 3 BFG Edition, and I noticed the helmet from Resurrection of Evil is similar to the classic helmet and the Doom Slayer helmet, but I have not been able to find the coding to give the helmet from Resurrection of Evil to the player character of Doom 3 or Resurrection of Evil during regular gameplay. I use Doom 3 BFG Hi-Def and the modified Arl's Helmet Mod. Can you add the Resurrection of Evil helmet?
Is there a way to give the Marines at Mars City the tan armor they wore in the original version of Doom 3?
I like your mods, but I would really like a simple mod that adds a helmet for the player in the Doom 3 campaign in the Steam Doom 3 BFG Edition. I managed to add a helmet once, but it disappeared after Steam downloaded an update.
Can the helmet be added alone? Other features of Doom 3 BFG Hi Def make it hard to play the game.
This mod stopped working. I keep getting a message about being unable to access the files.
Has anyone found a way to give the player the armor and helmets seen used by Red Team in Resurrection of Evil?
One other thing: Is it possible to get the Marine in the Resurrection of Evil expansion to keep his helmet on?
If the increased difficulty is intentional, how do you restore normal difficulty settings? Also, is there a way to use the helmet without applying any other modifications?
This mod seems to automatically make the game more difficult. Is that intentional?
As in the basic Starfleet Command III, do you think you could make the Federation ships without names and registry numbers? It is a bit annoying to have your ship named one thing while the model shows something else.
I followed all instructions for installation, and I have tried using the Doom 3 BFG Edition Mod Launcher.
I followed all instructions, but, even WITH BFG Edition, and I have tried using the BFG Mod Launcher, there must be internal files that can be rearranged or copied to allow for this. In games such as the Steam version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, I have been able to change both textures and base models using existing programming. I do not see how I would be unable to change the models and textures in Doom 3 BFG Edition to change character appearance.
Oddly, while I installed Arl's Improvements, followed by the Alpha Shotgun mod and this mod, I managed to get the player character to wear body armor throughout the game, but the helmet does not show up. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Can you make a mod that uses a helmet like the ones featured in Resurrection of Evil, and that can be installed independently?
Honestly, I would like a mod that simply provides the player character model with a helmet, as it seems silly that you run across the surface of Mars without that crucial piece of equipment. I should mention that I have Doom 3 BFG Edition, not the original Doom 3, and I am having difficulty using Doom 3 mods of any type. I do not even know where to find a working, alternate, launcher for mods with Doom 3 BFG Edition, and, in my attempts to use mods, it seems PDA files from The Lost Mission were removed. Also, why does this require the Alpha Shotgun mod?
I play Doom 3 BFG Edition, and always felt lack of a helmet seemed silly, running across the surface of Mars. Is there a way to use this for the helmet alone, leaving everything else as it was?
