cant log on to a world without crashing

i know there is a shadow button but it is just grey and there is no way i can press it and the same for lighting and dept of field

i really want to know why my game is no shadows please reply if you know

i love the game so much and i love that it is exploring and adventure at the same time and rpg and i love that the developer always geeky does so much at the same time makes the game and is easy to contact please keep up the good work
