Me? Well I'm ErastusMercy, the lead voxel artist on the popular Tiberian Sun mod, Twisted Insurrection. If you don't know what a voxel is then I'll put it this way, I make the vehicles. :P In addition to my roles on TI, I've also done Infantry cameo's (The unit portrait you see when purchasing/selecting a particular unit.) for the C&C3 mods Tiberium Wars Advanced and The Forgotten Mod.
The Forsaken are a darker take on the mutant survivors, shaped by the outcome of the first war. Lore-wise they are fewer in number than the Forgotten but what they lack in manpower they make up for in ingenuity and cruelty.
Trivia: I wanted to make the Brawler's appearance clearly reflect the fragile hit and run nature of the Forsaken.
The basic idea for the design was inspired by the (long gone) Squats from Warhammer 40k. I.pinimg.com
The headlights are a little design callback to the Titan.
