Find the half-life game in your computer where ever it is make a cryoffear.bat file in notepad when you go to save it it should be cry of fear.bat and under it where it says file type have it say all and save it to your half-life file not in the cry of fear file and then choose edit on cry of fear.bat and paste this into it start hl.exe -steam -game CryOfFear -gl -appid 70 then you run the file from your desktop or the file It's the only way it would work for me aswell.

I ran into a problem the sawer on the hardest mode isnt being affected at all by bullets he won't go to his knees or anything I even updated mine to v 1.55 and still the same issue.
