I think that before we proceed any further into the whole release of totaler kreig, it would be wise to account from your previous mistakes. Don't rile up the community over something that is unattainable.

True. It would be a little bit too hasty for another demo, so I'll just watch and wait.

Sure, sure, the mod hasn't been released yet tonight, or today whatever. There's always tomorrow. I personally beleive that sturm is uploading the mod as we bicker and speculate. Maybe we'll have a nice shiny new mod to look forward to... Tomorrow. It takes time for mods to get the greenlight even once uploaded, ask anyone who has ever uploaded a mod here before.

So keep calm and carry on, this mod's not over yet!

Now folks, lets not be too hasty in declaring this a flop once more. Take into consideration that the dev goes off of British time, so there's a six hour difference. It's around four over there. If anyone here has a job or goes to school, then there is a valid reason for delay. It says that it is to be released on the 12th, well the twelfth ain't over yet .

So why am I waiting until 15:00est to quit watching today, well thats roughly 11p.m. in British time, that's close enough to 12 for me. I might be jumping the gun and I may see this mod at 17:00est, but I won't be keeping as tight of a track on the mod.

So, give it time people, and then if worse comes to worse, just chill. After following this mod for around 4 years now, I think I can wait just a little bit more.

I'll give it until 15:00est, then I'm just gonna start the waiting game again.

Maybe tomorrow gents. But tonight, I rest.

Folks! We all need to chill out. Be glad that the author of the mod has decided to release an alpha, if you've waited three years another 12 or so hours is not going to kill you. There is no need to bash, or be harsh the mod has been uploaded and is currently awaiting authorization, which could take anywhere from three hours to three days, its all in the admins of the website's hands now. Its just a waiting game folks. (And for those who are up in arms about the multiplayer, it was never guaranteed for the alpha.)

Indeed, the comment was written preemptively to the authorization. But its a magnificent mod, and community!

Hypothetically if someone, oh say the creator of this mod were to drop a link to a very esteemed demo to a very great mod in the comments, and lets say hypothetically some people were to perhaps downloaded this demo, might that be a pre authorization solution... Hypothetically speaking of course.

Any luck yet cule? Might I suggest mediafire & a link if mod db doesnt want to work....

I think that what the creator gave us was sufficient for the demo, asking for anything else is kinda greedy. So thanks for what you gave us Buzzdee!

You should move it up to the eighties.

This definitely has the potential to become a wonderful game! I've been looking for an RTS like this for awhile. Something I'd like to see, is the ability to track your civs, from the humble beginnings of a hamlet in the countryside to a thriving city. Maybe add some professions and details, that is, if you plan to go that in depth.

And thats why you guys are so great.

After reading the battle for empires page (ww1 mod turned "game") I ask you, please don't do that to the community its slightly absurd to me that that even happened but it is what it is. I ask you please don't do this to a community that has followed this mod fairly religiously for a few years. Heck I'm even considering donating because you all haven't done it up to this point. All in all the effort put fourth into making this game changing mod is astounding and your actions are commendable, the community is wonderful as well for holding out for so long. Best of luck.
