I really prefer the older and more simple designs. moddb has been getting more and more clunky with each update. The last version was alright and I could live with it. This new design is really making this site more of a hassle than it is worth. I just want to hop on for some modding news from the mods out there without having to wade through bulky flashy crap. I'm sure it's a fine design in principle, but the front page is useless for a website that was supposed to focus on the modding community and the mods it was producing.

Also... consoles? Really?

I've been a fan of all the work so far aside from one of the small strike craft (the British Dart). I think you have a pretty cool idea going here and I really hope you stick with it. Best of luck to you. Get some forums up so we can Ooh and Aah about the game more easily :-)

There is certainly an important option missing. I wouldn't say my project is nearly finished but it certainly isn't dead etc. You need a still in dev option or I think a fair amount of people won't be able to answer.

He is talking about graphics effects.
I'll try to get him to post something more detailed.
