We have some ideas when it comes to elevators. In the future we were thinking that grouping elevators in order for them to support and help each other would be a nice feature. This is something you see in bigger buildings today. When it comes to modding, you will be able to essentially write the logic for the elevators if you so wish as well :)
Service elevators sure would be a nice feature as well once maintenance staff has been implemented. This would reduce the work load on the people elevators and increase productivity for the staff.
What kind of options were you thinking of?
This might need a bit of description really. The pink(ish) blocks are actually representing people in the game. We were playing around with pathfinding and wanted to push up the numbers. These people are all hungry and so they are heading for the restaurants.

Don't worry, these are placeholder test rooms. We intend to create a full suite of rooms for release.
Ultimately the whole game will be moddable so you can create your own rooms and have whatever funky style you like :)
