quick question. it looks like an amazing game and would be happy to buy it but why does it say its free at the lobby but then you go to install it, its 10 bucks?

Seems pretty awesome but im having trouble, idk how to use the mod exacly and i choose the maps you made it wont let me choose my race and everytime when i click start game it just goes back into the lobby
