An issue that I've noticed is that the Brother's War only transfers states in one sphere to another, so if there's states that neither Prussia nor Austria have sphered, they'll stay contested after the war. Maybe an event after one or the other wins to pull the rest into the victor's sphere?

I'd like to add as well that the AI seems wayyy too happy to annex random non-core states such that Europe remains constantly at war over Germany annexing the Ardennes or the French eating all of Northern Italy after the fifth failed Italian liberation of Venice.

A weird issue I've had with a Japan run: in 1879 China instantly flips from 35% westernized to 100% (literally overnight.) Is this intended behavior? I played for a few more years and the warlord era fired in 1882ish. I can provide a save if need be.

Every time I make a hard save in the Sarcophagus it gets corrupted and I have to load from the CNPP stage. Any known fixes at all?

Love it, but have a question or two. Where can I get an ACOG scope? I tried killing Mercs in the Wild Territory and Army Warehouses, but even when I was ranked #1, they still spawned using Akabans/AK-74s. I'm also playing nice with both Duty and Freedom, and neither seems to sell it (though I'd be surprised if Duty sold a NATO scope.)

On a similar vein, the "Find the enhanced rifle" mission given by Voronin points to...the NPP? Are all the NATO weapons in Pripyat and beyond?

Also, even though Freedom is marked green on my PDA, Skinflint doesn't sell me any weapons that he didn't sell before I was friendly (no G36, SVU, etc.)
