not totally. W3D later evolved to SAGE. But at the moment moddb does not have W3D as a game engine, so the closest one that is selected for us is SAGE

4.0 did do some updates to the engine, but what you're seeing in those images are mainly map and model touch ups. No fancy shaders or anything yet (But they will come in soon!)

well back in Red Alert 1, the chronosphere is unable to teleport infantry inside a transport (most likely a balance concern by westwood to prevent 5 tanyas in a APC from suddenly appearing in the soviet base and totally destroying everything)

No, currently its a pure multiplayer game, but there may be plans for singleplayer in the future

yes, the turret actually has a really small interior which you can peek in when the pieces are blown off. You wont be able to acess it though, as the entire area has collasped
