My first drafts and designs for board and computer games were created very early. I was always very passionate about creating my own games. In school I already worked on smaller games with friends. After school I started studying electrical engineering at the TU Darmstadt. As it turned out, electrical engineering was not for me. But while attending the informatics courses I discovered my fascination for programming. I switched the university and applied for Digital Media. And I was accepted. The range of the courses was very broad, ranging from filming techniques, over informatics to general design. My main interest stayed game design. The various projects in my course of studies gave me the opportunity to gain practical experience in the process of creating a computer game. After graduating I worked as an intern and later as an employee at a small game company. I recently made my first steps towards self employment.

I loved it, every aspect of it. The gameplay was great, the non-linear level design was amazing, especially the amount of secrets, which you just don't find anymore in mainstream games. I really hope that you continue making games, as you are incredible talented, and I would really like to throw some money at you to support you.

No, it is not. It is really unfortunate, that the good names are gone so quickly.

This is, obviously, a prototype and not meant to be the final game in any respect. It is meant to give a glimpse at what the game COULD be like. I was not even aware, that there are other games with the name, as I started this project.

Hi there, I fear so. I got swamped up in another project and currently don't have the money (and therefore the time) to continue working on this game. Which is a shame, since I really wanted to make this a great title. Anyway, there seems to be other games with this title, so I would have to rename the thing, which is only possible on this platform by creating a new project (as far as I know).
I could try a kickstarter or some other source of crowdfunding, but I fear, that the game is not popular enought for that... It's a shame, that it always boils down to a lack of funding :(

There are some instructions on the main page. You have to click on you own countries and build factories and raise armies. You then click on neighbour countries and attack.

I think I will add Linux Support, since this is a new feature in Unity 4.
