I think a cool idea would be dogs for both Occupants and SWAT. But shooting dogs may result in your game being taken down by PETA lol

I think you need a development team. I remember a comment about people wanting to work or something. But if you do make it so that you can grapple your way down from a helicopter or run out of a truck like a real crisis response <3

How cool would it be if Occupants could run at you with a knife?

Hi, maybe you could add a thing where the bullet misses and could fly past them, or when it does maybe it could leave a wound that bleeds, like a cut
