Nice work on the shield.

Since your theme seems to be combat with Axe and Shield, Roland Warzecha's Youtube channel poped into my mind. Do you know him? He might inspire you for your combat implementation.

Here is a 20 min. video of him talking about axe combat and showing how he thinks the axe and the shield was used: Youtube.com (combat just the last couple of mins.) He really reset my shield combat perception.

I have a similar problem first, are you using the steam version of the game? If so install the mod into the second mafia folder.

When running the installer and selecting the destination, the **second mafia** folder 'G:\games\steamapps\common\Mafia\Mafia' should be selected. (Both have a Mafia.exe in it, if only the first is selected the mod does not work. It took me while to figure this out.)

For your Mafia Remastered try:

then run the setup and mafia.exe from the second folder.

Wow this mod is awesome. Thank you for this. It does not feel like a game from 2002 anymore.

I have two questions:
1. Could you update the install instructions for Steam players? 2. The game world now takes very long to load. Why?
Reading the log.txt:
Maximum available texture memory ( AGP + VRAM ): 1004 MB
Old log.txt:
Maximum available texture memory ( AGP + VRAM ): 4069 MB
Also the 'Driver Version' is not the same anymore in log.txt

In the Setup.exe 'Display' name is different also. '\\.\Display1' before was 'Nvidia GTX 1070'.

Is the game using less RAM now of my GPU and is this why loading of the game world takes so long?
