I hate that most Americans on moddb are conceded dipshits who think our military is invulnerable and omnipotent, so, I sympathize with your tolerance of such idiocy, Canada is a truly great Ally of the US and should be respected.

But, that is truly the only source I've see that lists the Venator or Victory as frigates. My guess is that they were reclassified as frigates during the Imperial era especially since the Empire seemed to have a fetish over big ships.
Roles of the Venator -Destroyer, star fighte carrier, military transport, commandship, FRIGATE.
Roles of the Victory-command ship, destroyer, carrier, Heavy FRIGATE.
Both were frigates according to wookie.
Please post a link. I have not seen either of them listed as a frigate on wookiepedia.
