After Yuri's betrayal, the Soviet lost their mind-controlled giant squid and this is the replacement. With the twin tesla coil on its back, these mantas are able to paralyze any nearby vessels and continuously damage them. However, they are very shortsighted and have to come very close (2 cells) to the target to fire their weapon.
