Description

Inspired by the Red Alert 3 Harbinger which carries a mini-version of Allied's super weapon, Proton Collider.
So this is the counterpart for RA2, a huge aircraft with the Weather Storm Device on its top. The Weather Storm Device is based on an early concept art rather than the in-game one.
