It should auto patch it with v1.0.4 onto v1.0.3 as well.

only happens with some wireless mouses. to fix manually go into keyboard setup, look for the swim up/down functions and map them to keaboard buttons, then use them for zooming.

install version 1.00 then 1.01 and finaly 1.02. Also make sure hl2 ep 2 has been ran once.

change gamemode to overun, combines will then be playable.

make sure you have the game patched up to 1.01. that should fix it

At the moment there would be balencing issues if we did antlion vs combine combat at this stage. Mutiplayer Different faction combat will happen at a later stage.

In mutiplayer yes, choose the overrun gamemode and then you will be using the Combine.

update your graphics card and list your systems stats please to the bug & support section of the forum if that does not help.

Why would there be need to? higher quality is always better, if you need it lower, lower your in-game settings. As for formations, antlions don't use formations most of the time. Future versions may include it though for rebel/combine combat.
