Adding rain and snow to 1.5.
Ice and snow will regrow, farms will autowater.

That slowly hurt your health if you stay in them too long, but regain once out. idk something other then lava enemies and tall heights hurting you would be nice. :B
would be great, than in sandstorm you couldn't see much :D

It would be so cool if natural disasters were added, like tornados and earthquakes. But the option for them should be there because if you were creating something big, it would suck so much if it was destroyed because of something like hail.

this could be like weather and seasons:you will start up in a non snowy area,and it starts snowing and the night after that the area is covered with snow :)

1.5 already ??? I rememeber 1.2 had 6 updates, and a lot of features (squids,dyes,cakes...etc) now you get a feature per update ? :p

What it needs is to mix the snow and rain over the border dynamically, snow needs to take some clear blocks and rain needs to take some snowy ones. This will add to the feel of a non-static environment and blend the borders in areas like the one shown.
Too bad mojang probably doesn't read ModDB. And they're probably going to do something like this anyways.

I seriously can't believe a game like minecraft has crazy stuff like lapis lazuli,redstone,creepers!,nether,portals and don't have simple and fun things like birds,chairs,fish (entities)...
