dont know if you did put you should add artillery pieces more instead of tanks, because i think tanks were fairly new to WW1

ok so for the quest for hunting down joan zwieble, i chose to kill the tolranian spymaster instead. i won the battle and now it says i must talk to joan to claim my reward. but when i talk to her it only gives me two options. one is to kill her and the other is to ask where the spymaster is. is this quest unfinished?
