Very interesting poll. At RealisticGameStudios we're ca. 12 guys thus far. It's not much, but it's something.
Working alone I agree is the best thing, but in return it requires that you are a generalist in order to do it all yourself.

Hello Mosquito0o.
Programmers are a vital part of a game development team. Right now there's no need for us to have a programmer, as we have not finished too much. We're in contact with one programmer though, as we are planning to start some very basic programming soon, but not yet. We're still in a very early development phase.
But I can tell you that we are planning to release some interesting stuff this or next month, so stay tuned!
Guys, please spread the word about our fan-pages:
Facebook.com
Twitter.com
We need your help to get as many likes/follows as possible!
That would not fit with our environment, I'm afraid.
But thanks for the suggestion, keep 'em coming!
Thanks!
Yes, we will feature a bullet drop. I'm sure we could speak a bit about this and other things associated in the next update.
Thanks mate! We will promise to keep working, indeed!
Stay tuned for an update next month (hopefully a large look at our test map, Kazakh Trainyard, together with weapon and character views!)
Some eye candy for you guys here! And don't forget; your opinion matters!
We have done a team discussion about wherever we will add Italian Special Forces or not. We came to the conclusion to postpone this topic, so that we could concentrate on other things meanwhile. So we have not dropped the idea, and there's still a change we will add them in the future (before game release) or in a future DLC. Thanks!
In the other way it depends on if you're aiming for next generation graphics or not...?
Whatever the answer might be, those textures just really aren't up to matching current days standard, and if you're planning to sell the game, you need to have high standards.
I suppose many of your plans associated with this are described in your GDD?
Anyways, concepts looks promising!
I have never worked with the Source engine before, but seeing from a current-generation graphics perspective, then textures needs improvement.
I personally think that the level of detail in textures (rocks, snows, etc.) are not high enough to current days standard. I'd like to see some higher quality on this point, though models and concept art looks fine. Character models and Pistol is good as well.
My 2 cents, thanks.
"ok go in pakistan and kill all"
No special forces are used for that, that's what the infantry is for! Haha.
Special Forces is a "large" name for a special trained unit. The GIS is also a "special force" in wide terms.
But yes, indeed!
"You do all the hard work"
No problem, and thanks a lot, man!
Hello!
We will be adding the OH-6, but this helicopter, together with the CH-47 Chinook, will transport the Western troops, but possible also the Spetsnaz in some co-operations. This was originally planned as well, but thanks for your suggestion!
This and if we will add Italian Special Forces will be taken up at our next team meeting. Thanks!
Sounds good!
If Italian Special Forces will be added, we will add following:
GIS (Gruppo Intervento Speciale)
9th Parachute Assault Regiment "Col Moschin"
Comsubin
Thanks man, but I think you should know that I am not the only guy working. As we have lost a lot of team members do to a an issue that I will not talk about, we're only 6 guys from the original 16. Without these guys this project would not be where it is now, so let's thanks them!
Thanks mate, we really are doing our best!
Will all depend. It will probably be free-to-play. Thanks!
While Italy is not planned, we will do our best to add them! Thanks!
We have a large number of Special Forces, (including the SAS), all in all 15. They will be included in an update soon.
But thanks for the reply anyways, suggestions are welcome!
What is your favorite special force? We might include it if you shout-out, so don't be shy!

Hey, I was just wondering, is it your plan to post all your work (concept art, asset renders, etc.), or only some of it? So if this is the case, I suppose all the work that is in the album is what you have already done?
So if I understand you right, you relate this piece of concept art to Sci-Fi? While I disagree in that, we would all in the team love to hear your opinion, to see if there's something we can do better or so next time!
We're currently working on editing our current placeholder logos. Expect updates about the above and our website to come this week!

Thanks.
Haha, indeed, reptiledude99! Weapons are of course created in different parts for animations. We're also working on the H&K USP and Colt M1911, so stay tuned for more updates!
