Here's my idea for an instance of SCP-582:

SCP-582 Addendum 2 Manifestation Alpha:
Manifestation Alpha acts as a similar NPC to SCP-513-1, but is rarely hostile, it teleports right near you from afar, Manifestation Alpha uses a similar model to SCP-049, but given longer proportions and a faceless head under the hood.
