All graphs are speculation when it comes to armor thickness of newer MBTs. The true RHAe values of modern armor are classified for obvious reasons, from US DU armor to K-5.

Of course people can speculate given combat records...

A good example of this is in the stats described for the BGM-71E, which vaunts an alleged 900mm RHA of penetration after ERA. However, just recently a T-90 was hit in the turret cheek by this very ATGM, and it did not knock the tank out. Cdn.warisboring.com

And that was a T-90, which uses a cast turret, vs. the T-90A's wielded.
According to this graph this shouldn't be possible.
