thankfully there is a visual reality mod that replaced the old fugly models with more plausible real world ones :)

...Or something similar, definitely a visual inspiration for the fictional tank from the Generals universe.

This tank is actually the Carro Armato P-40, an Italian medium tank that might have performed well during the second world war but was cut short after some limitations.
