Forum regulations and Ilegal screenshots/information Thread - CryENGINE Developers

Since this forum is part of the Moddb.com site I have to uphold the forum regulations as posted in:
Moddb.com

Now lately a certain member who's name I shall not reveal here (fill in the name yourself) has been posting screenshots from the ILLEGAL editor on this group and on his own group.
I contacted Crytek with the question if the person in question has the right to post Cryengine3 screenshots.

And with "it" is ment Cryengine 3.

So since the person in question is still posting in the shout box with links to ILLEGAL screenshots If had no other option to delete these messages.
The person in question did set up his own Cryengine 3 group and its your decission if you wish to join that group, but do keep in mind that the content of this group contains illegal stuff.

Q: Are we allowed to post screenshots on the Cryengine 3 Developers Group
A: Answer yes of course so long as these screenshots are from the legal build (once its legally available to the public from either Cryengine 3 for Crysis 2 or the free stand alone SDK ) or are screenshots that have been released for the public by Crytek.

Q: I work at a company or study at a university that has is using Cryengine3 legally licensed am I allowed to post screenshots.
A: Check with your boss / head of school for more information. It may be in breach with your NDA. If not then by all means please post them on this site.

Q: will we be able to post demos on cryengine 3 developers group
A: Yes please. add your levels, mods, demos, videos. As long as its legal.
