Simple Level Up System

Description
Included a new level up system for heroes. Previously all status gains were defined by constant integers. I've written a small function which will add a predefined percentage value to a hero's attribute. All values will be rounded to integers. It's also possible to choose the percentage inside the heroes toolkit. Just a small feature but a feature at least.
