This game is special in that it takes a hard core team based FPS, a metagame involving force deployment and attacks and defense dictated by a player controlled High command instead of happening spontaneously.
Graphics are look like something from the early 2000s like the first Call of Duty but this is justifiable because the game takes place in the largest single map in video game history.
In addition to infantry combat, players have access to trucks, tanks, combat aircraft and even ships.
Even though there is a stiff leaning curve with the game mechanics and combat, the rewards are second to none as the game experience at its best is one of the most immersive thanks in no small part to an equally great community.
The Scope of the field size is AWESOME, the players are nice, weapons well crafted, but I'd subtract a point for graphics (Even though gameplay makes up for it), and a personal peeve: Allied vehicles (Aircraft) are somewhat overpowered. Ex: I was shot down by a twin engine, level bomber yesterday. I was flying my BF109F2. Who ever heard of a tactical bomber DOGFIGHTING with a stunt fighter?
