The second developer diary in our four part series is about how we created the environments of We Were Here Together and brought them to life. The game is about exploration, so it's vital to design and build spaces which have character, that players want to spend time with.
On top of that, we also needed to incorporate puzzles into our environments in a natural manner, and these goals sometimes conflicted with each other. The video covers these topics and more!
