No, it is based on a book I am currently writing called "Vinland: Revelations" that tracks Leif's adventures in the New World.

Glad to hear it! I also love history, and while looking for an era to write about I was shocked that the Viking's didn't have more about them beside the usual raiding and pillaging tales. Their voyages of discovery were just so incredible it was a shame that there wasn't more literature devoted to their achievements, their journey to the mysterious Vinland in particular. Good luck with your book, I know all to well how it is to be an aspiring author!
