Description
Urizen Shadows of the Cold Deluxe Frosty Edition, is the massive upgrade to Urizen Shadows of the Cold. It includes new stages, updated pixel art and refined, crisp, pixel art display, new and unique SFX, updated enemies, new tactical fighting moves, a few more cut-scenes, a "frosty" snow and ice theme for the menus and game design, many new hidden and readily playable warriors, a shop where you can buy items like upgrades, new warriors, powerups, lives, elixirs and such. New hidden secrets and items will be added. Bosses will be revamped. A witches hut to mix potions and elixirs. Currently the game holds +46 warriors over 69+ massive stages, hand to hand combat, the ability to string head bashing combos, a cheat menu, and plenty of surprises and hidden gems, all in medieval/sci-fi lore are also available.
History
After completing Super Mortal Kombat World a free hobby based game in one year and also after completing high school back in 2002, I decided to teach myself the art of making video games with Game maker as a dedicated hobby. Even though I had enough knowledge to create a 3D game I chose to make a 2D pixel art game simply because that's what I grew up loving. I started Urizen Shadows of the Cold with the alternate name Deathrise, which was later changed to Urisis, and then finally into Urizen. It has been in production and updated for over 5 years. My co-owner Derek Killion and I are thrilled to present Urizen Shadows of the Cold Deluxe Frosty Edition.
