You take on the role of a psychotic killer who is about to embark on a violent murder spree. You must do your best to stay alive by avoiding the police, and by remaining in your psychotic state. Rack up as many kills as possible before your rampage comes to its inevitable end. And if you're skilled enough - make the hall of fame as the worst spree killer who ever lived!

Is this like a 2.5d version of HATRED or GTA with no cars?
Man you should really use this engine to make a game with a story. It somewhat reminds me of the Shadowrun game on the Sega Genesis, but much better looking.
