Had a good programming sesh on Saturday and got a few things done, namely levels 6-9 .Which are all based around avoiding and dealing with tiny areas of space to play in. Some ships handle better than others with this part but, they same ones are less useful for levels 1-4 so there is some balancing there. Should be adding the second boss in the coming days, it'll look familiar to anyone who played one of my earlier games but it should prove challenging, in a different way to the first boss anyway.
Since Levels 6-9 are more about dodging than Levels 1-4 I need to turn the next batch into something more high octane for the second half of the game. The player should know how to dodge, shoot and exploit the ships movements by now. So, time to put them to the test!
