Demo Crashes at Startup Thread - The Surfer®

At first it warned that cgD3D9.dll was missing, so I reinstalled the demo a couple of times to no avail. Then I downloaded the file itself and placed it in the game directory. Now the game loads to a black screen and crashes with a generic error screen. Here are the specifics from that:

Thanks for the information. We are aware that there is an issue with this update and we're on to the problem now. Apologies. We should hopefully have it resolved in the next 24-48hours.

Just to let you know we are still working on this. The missing DLL was one of the issues, but there was another issue with full screen mode failing. We've fixed that. We've got one more issue we're working on now, relating to Cg and ATi cards.
