TLRG is a game about you, the player, being a teen going through depression and negative emotions after some very rough events happen and how you try to stay positive through it all. During all of this, you learn about "The Guardians", a group of ancient guardian animals that protect life and keep things positive. However, you are the last one with a physical body and must try to keep others positive. But in doing so, you must also deal with dark and depressing thoughts that haunt your reality and question your life. But everything changes after you see your best friend on the edge of the school rooftop...
