It is confirmed that the Reboot will happen before Sep. 1st 2016! Purchased Essentia since April 1st is going to get transferred to your new account so you can spend it on both the current server and the rebooted one.

What I also like is being part of an alliance in order to play for a common cause and to share space stations that control stars in their proximity.
The Lacuna Expanse has a lot of depth what makes it a good long-term game. But you also need to be very patient since upgrading buildings or constructing ships can take a while.
Open-source and free-to-play is a big PLUS for this game! Anybody who likes space and sci-fi RTS games should give it a try :D

Although i love 2D graphics equally with 3D graphics i'm not a big fan of the top down camera so i hope you won't cap the game on it

No , i never played this because i was browsing for TBD games mostly , so when i'll find time i'll get it and will let you know
Now i noticed that it's an online game.I'm really not into online games , just tried some but i'll try Lacuna too
If the game is still played after 5 years then you should be happy because it's a success
