Hey everyone!
Here's a video of some penguins I added to the game:

The penguins loiter around the point they start at, and randomly decide to either slowly waddle, or do a clumsy run. At random times, they can do one of three actions: Jump up, do a belly slide, or just squawk rapidly for a few seconds.
This was a great exercise for me, as I not only got a neutral creature into the game, but I got to work with models that will have a lot of screentime. Most enemies are always bearing down on you, but the player can just stand around and look at penguins. Instead of worrying about attacks and combat, I focused on making them look lifelike and appealing.
It took me about 3.5 hours to make them, but you can watch me do it in 15 minutes with these two videos:

Thanks! :) And what a terrible thing to ask! :P They're meant to get in the way, so probably not, but I might add one that you can kill. I was also thinking of making a penguin get gruesomely eaten at some point.
