After starting a new game, I built one wind plant and waited approximately 5 minutes, doing nothing. After that, I spent my resources on researching education funding, environmental education, public-service announcements, and then green engineering. After clicking on the engineering tab, the screen started to flicker continuously until freezing the entire machine. |
