INSTALL THIS INTO YOUR TIBERIUM CRYSTAL WAR 1.12 FOLDER
What is changed in 1.13?:
- Add Configuration shortcut in startmenu
- Make the Composite Armor Upgrade give +30 hp and ap
- Make rifle soldiers do more damage to Attack Bikes
- Give Scorpion a tiny bit extra armor
- Adjust Zonetrooper armor taking more damage from shell explosions
- Adjust Commando armor taking more damage from shell explosions
- Snipers kill in 1 shot (not all characters)
- Chinooks & Prevent Barracks + Hand from being killed & set required points to 3500
- Fix TTFS built in downloader
- Set Pre-Captured Tiberium Spikes to 100% health
- Reduce Commando reload time by 2 seconds
- Shadow C4 25% extra damage
- New Taunt sounds: ^^, chicky, coffee, cya, gg, gotya, nonono, run, skill, smile, snipe, stfu
