Just to let you guys know what's going on, System Crash has been released to alpha testing with and the feedback has been great!
Even in the rough state System Crash was in when alpha started, players immediately began experimenting with new decks and sharing their deck building tips with other players on the forum.
Honestly, nothing feels better as a game developer than people enjoying the game you've created.
There was also a ton of great feedback on improving the user experience, so that's been Rogue Moon's focus this last month, along with bug fixing. The user interface has received a major overhaul, both in look and feel, gameplay tutorials have been added and cards have received a bunch of tweaks for balance.
On the art side, all final card art is in, finally! The last few background pieces are coming in from artists, and 6 of the 7 music tracks are done. I think you'll agree, the illustrators and our composer have done a fantastic job.
With all this done, we're happy to announce that System Crash will be going into open beta shortly! Looking forward to getting more feedback from a broader group of players as we enter the final push toward release.
