SurviveRL (working title) is NOT another survival first person game. Read on please. It is a concept where the world persists around the player. Actions have cause and effect. Killing an enemy, helping a creature can generate an outcome much later in the game. Multiplayer and modding support are part of the building blocks to the code, making for replayability and extensibility. There will be a single player campaign/story mode also.

With almost two weeks and no news, it was about time to let you all know about our latest efforts.

Combat

We've added basic melee attacks by the player to mobiles in game. All mobiles are currently non aggressive to the player. A few images have been uploaded to show the melee attacks on various dragons.

So how did we implement it? Left clicking or screen tapping on a mobile, in range of course, will initiate a single melee attack. There is a health reduction to the mobile, which is displayed as a series of numbers above them, scrolling for each hit.

As combat is a vital aspect to making the game enjoyable, we strongly ask you to make a comment here, to let us know what you would like to see in combat, as well as what you dont want to see.
