SonicGDK (short for 3D Sonic Games Development Kit) is a codebase, a collection of source codes, which allows anyone to create 3D platformer video games based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. It can be freely modified and is integrated with the UDK, providing you with a modern game engine in which to develop your game.
It's amazing Sonic :)
I wish it was available for Linux/*nix platforms too :`)
In Sonic Souls, there is a glitch or gamebreaking area where you can select Tails. Around the castle, you can fly in the "non-collisional" area, it means you are able to play stages you aren't able to until you unlock it. You can do this for (some) other stages too.
this fan game shows how game lay and game controls always should’ve been for Sonic the hedgehog in 3d. Also I’m happy to see that this game has higher review rankings than every single Mario game. I just wish that it’s the same for popularity right now has it was before last time I saw it last night. Oh well. Maybe it’ll get back to to that somehow. Anyway, I own a Mac so I can only play the test stage. But it’s still fun though.
This looks like a great game
Great! Does what it says on the tin and with a bit of coding knowledge can do some much more. Not really any major bugs and anything that is there can be easily buffed out. 10/10 and deserves it! Would like to know what license this is using.
What I love about this is the fact that it's based off of Unreal. Any other engine is crap compared to it. I hope that this gets updated for UE4 standards.
