Sheep Tag 2 is an online free-to-play game that will be available on Steam. It's free-to-play, but not pay-to-win. It's the standalone successor to Sheep Tag, the popular Warcraft III mod that was born from the classic Cat and Mouse game on StarCraft I.

As one of the major contributors to the original game, our vision is to take the genre to the next level. We've built Sheep Tag 2 over the past four years without being paid a dime. We're almost there, but we need your help getting Sheep Tag 2 through closed beta.

The closed beta will launch in 2022 as a fully functional, multiplayer game. Once the closed beta is stable, we'll open it up to the public. We intend on frequently improving, balancing, and adding additional content to the game for years to come.

Sheep Tag has had a core community for nearly twenty years. It has proven that it can stand the test of time and deserves to grow beyond its humble beginnings as a mod.

Over the years we've seen countless Warcraft mods become standalone games like Dota 2 and Legion TD 2. We want to add Sheep Tag 2 to that list.
