No one likes a hang-over, no one enjoys a zombie apocalypse and there's nothing worse than waking up with a hang-over at the start of a zombie apocalypse. Sypnosis Games brings you Rise Of The Zombies. Play as Eric, a nobody who wakes up one morning after a night out drinking to find his hotel over-run with zombies. Upon escaping the hotel players will discover that the world has been filled with zombies. Depending on the decisions you make, you can save or destroy Faltis town, where Eric has been staying and explore a rich variety of characters, most with problems you can help solve.

Upon leaving Faltis town you will enter the local woods, a hub to many such towns, each with characters with problems you can help. Will you discover the start of this zombie plague? Or help cure or solve the zombie problem?

Currently in Alpha being tested for any game breaking bugs before being released to the public in beta.

Current Features:

-A huge exploreable town struggling to hold back countless waves of undead with several accessable buildings.

-A colourful array of characters with advice or problems you can solve, often leading to rewards and access to new areas.

-Companions to find or convince to aid you on your journey.

-Choices with major consequences.

Upcoming Update Features:

-3 New towns to explore and help. Pinewood Creek, Morewell and Dogwood.

-New choices that could result in the utter destruction of these new towns.

-Access to the woods, hub to the towns.

-The continuation of the main mission; can you relocate an entire town? Or will you fail hard and get everybody killed.

-Many new secrets to hidden rooms

-Slight updates to Faltis town including graphical upgrades, new hidden rooms and animated fires.

-Weapons added

-New zombie types including fat zombies (tank), burnt zombies (fire resistant), flaming zombies (can burn you).

Future Features:

-Extended consequences based on current decisions further along the game.

-New towns to explore connected to a dangerous forest hub.

-Missions with varying difficulty based on your companions and items at the time.

-Towns and towns-people influenced by companions and their history.
