Based on Histacom and TimeHACK, Project Chicago expands the game to include more features. Currently the game is still in early development, with only parts of 1998 (Windows 95) working.
Histacom was a game created by Philip Adams back in a 2010. Throughout the years since, the game has been under different developers. This branch of development is going back to the original VB.Net source code. Project Chicago is a development project combining Histacom 1.8.5 and Update 95 AR 0.1. Project Chicago 1.8.9 AR 4 adds a User Manager, a working Taskbar, a new icon, correctly scaled buttons in Internet Explorer, and a filter in Web Chat 1998.
Make sure to comment on your option if “Mobile” mode should be removed, and require the game to be installed, and also if Modern Mode should be removed. Comment before December 20th, 2018 to be included in this poll.
