Based on Histacom and TimeHACK, Project Chicago expands the game to include more features. Currently the game is still in early development, with only parts of 1998 (Windows 95) working.

Description
Histacom was a game created by Phillip Adams back in a 2010. Throughout the year since, the game has been under different developers. This branch of development, is going back to the original VB.Net source code. Project Chicago is a development project combining Histacom 1.8.5 and Update 95 AR 0.1. Project Chicago 1.8.9 AR 2 adds user accounts, desktop backgrounds, dramatic Windows Explorer, and HTML web pages.
