- caching of already compiled shaders is implemented, it should remove microfreezes completely

- binary shader cache now tracks modifications of "include" file
- minor fixes (translucent grass, for example; water refraction)
- fixed fallback mode, it no longer cause an entire engine to crash

- A new version of support for lightmapped models (previous one is no longer relevant)
- various minor fixes requested by "our dear TV viewers"

Update at 06/29/2019
- one difference with update_4: in some cases a compiled map with lightmapped models was halting with Host_Error for a reason unclear for a user. This is an exact fix for this situation.
