*edit*: Can't run this. Don't have a 2560x1440 monitor....why can't I change the resolution?
The games resolution is 1280x960 - You can change the resolution by going to 'winsetup' in the Paramnesia folder. Under 'graphics filter' select none - see if that helps? I wouldn't normally suggest changing it but it shouldn't make too much of a difference to the quality of the game (let me know if you still have any problems). You can also change to windowed mode from there too.
