Seems there are some issues with some of the downloads. Here are some instructions to help until we get things fixed.
1. Right click you .zip folder and go to "extract all".
2. Inside the game folder, click the Binaries folder.
3. Click the Win32 folder.
4. Find the UDK file that is an application.
5. Right-Click the UDK app file and create a shortcut.
6. Drag the shortcut to your desktop and re-name it "Parallel".
7. HAVE FUN!!!
