A simple rpg engine which ships with it's own game demonstrating what it is capable of. The ultimate goal of the project is to create an environment for easily making custom rpgs with nothing more than a text editor and image program (e.g. notepad and paint).

I thought i should bring to your attention what is going on with Paddock Master. Or, more to the point, what isn't going on. Paddock Master has been put on indefinate hiatus.
Although the next version was mostly done, there was still a bit of content to be developed, and a fair few bugs to be fixed. These may be fixed at some point down the road, however, other engagements (IRL things, as well as beginning work on an exciting new game)
The game was never a major goal, and was mostly a device for learning programming techniques. I feel that i have learned enough to start work on games I am more attached to. Work has begun on two new projects, one to coincide with my honours year of university, and as such is a fairly simple game. The other is a long term project and will be a couple of years in development at least.
For all of those interested in Paddock Master (like, 1 guy who isn't actually part of the development team in some way) watch this space. I eventually will release the next version, and i will post announcements about the release of new games here aswell.
