Out There in the forest is a one-man started self-educational project in Unity3D, which has yet no certain release date, as the development isn't far. Out There is a First-Person survival game, with a terrain that is versatile and filled with different trees, plants and other interesting stuff to interact with or destroy them. The main goal is to stay alive, whilst dealing with hunger, temperature, thurst, bloken limbs etc. Is yet only planned for Windows but a Linux and Mac release is considered.
Woah. Got new assets now. Gonna change my old trees, grass etc. against those and see what happens. Also working on that HDR lighting though. Meanwhile I worked on sunshafts, and a blureffect on the sides. also working on better shadow-casting. To this point, I've used the fog under render-settings. I've managed to write a half-working script for fog though, working on it to optimize it and make it do what I'm hoping for it. To create fog that lets sun-rays through etc. Also got a bit of AA(SSAA only working for now) on there. Depth Of Field isn't working yet, but hoping for it.
